1：单复数搞错扣分吧，我做听力的时候经常把单复数写错，听清楚了是哪个词，但是忘了说的是单数还是复数，比如unit(s) of measurement. 请问如何客服这个问题？
单复数错误是不能得分的。答案和原文内容有严格的一致性。虽然挺清楚词语了，但是还要求你需要根据文章大意和语境来判断是单数或者复数。这就要求在听力的过程中，不仅要抓关键字，还要理解文章大意，走捷径是没有用的，雅思毕竟考的是语言能力。

通方式，我写的是mini bus, 答案却是 a mini bus，没有这个a也算错是吧？我怎么知道什么情况下要加这个冠词呢？
严格上缺失冠词是错误的。其实这也是靠语感的判断。但是你可以在无法判断时追求些小技巧，如果你听到的答案已经超过3个单词了，这个时候你可以考虑不写，但如果少于的话，你自己再斟酌全句特别是语法结构。这样再判断是不是需要加冠词。
